May 2008 Burn (schedule based on event timetable; host tbd)

 

Details of each meeting: 

January 19/20, 2008 - ticket sales begin in March; this meeting is to
bring up any issues that we need to resolve before the event, decide
on dates for both ticket sales, hardship tickets, find a volunteer to
handle hardship ticket sales, check that we have the committee leads
that we need, etc.  If you are a team lead, please show up, call in, or at
absolute minimum send a report or comments to this list ahead of time
so we know you are committed. in a good way.

March 8/9 - Budget Proposals: all committee heads are to present their
budgets and discuss them at this meeting.

April 5/6 - Budget Voting: vote on said budgets; we do this a few
weeks later to allow time for discussion on list and if necessary,
research on new ideas generated at the last meeting.

May 3/4 last minute, miscellaneous

May 22-26 Participate in burning the pony!

Fall October 2008 Burn (less meetings, less time, so this schedule
must be adhered to!!)

June 14/15 - Reports and issues from Spring 2008 burn.

July 12/13, 2008 - Budget Proposals

August 2/3 budget voting

September 13/14 last minute, miscellaneous

October 9-13 Burn the pony!
